We will offer JILA lab tours Sunday afternoon, June 25, 2023 starting at approximately 12:00. We will have buses available to transport people from JILA to Estes Park:
- leaving JILA at 3:40 pm: 2 buses (90 people total)
- leaving JILA at 6:30 pm: 1 bus (45 people)
- leaving JILA at 9:00 pm: 1 bus (45 people)
We will have buses leaving the Stanley Hotel on June 30, starting at 12:30.
- leaving the Stanley Hotel at 12:30 pm, going to Denver International Airport: 2 buses
- leaving the Stanley Hotel at 2:30 pm, going to Denver International Airport: 1 bus
- leaving the Stanley Hotel at 2:00 pm, going to University of Colorado Boulder campus: 1 bus

Information for exhibitors:
The conference will be held in the Stanley Pavilion. Exhibitors can set up anytime Sunday, June 25 in the Willow room on the first floor. Six-foot tables and linens will be provided. The conference opens Sunday, June 25, with a 5:30 Reception.
For exhibitors wishing to ship their materials after the conference, these locations are available for drop off:

Information for poster presenters:
Poster sessions are scheduled for Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 2:45 - 4:30, on both levels of the Pavilion (Willow Room and Aspen Room). Please check back to find your poster number and day. Posters should be 3 ft X 4 ft, either portrait or landscape orientation.
Poster numbers are available for pick up at the registration table beginning Sunday.
Parking at the Stanley Hotel:
Parking is free for paying guests.
Non-hotel guests will incur a $10 parking fee. You will receive a Stanley token worth $5 at one of the Stanley outlets (gift shop, 217 wine bar, coffee shop, chocolate factory, and tours).
Movie Night
We hope to entertain conference attendees with a ghost story movie inspired by the Stanley Hotel, The Shining! The viewing will take place in the auditorium on Tuesday, June 27, beginning at 8:00 pm. The Shining deals with the supernatural, as a possessed man attempts to destroy his family. The movie contains scenes of gore, violence, and some nudity. If you feel uncomfortable with the content, please let us know. Attendance is not mandatory!
