Registration for QIP 2019

To register for QIP 2019, please follow this link (external site).

Registration fees

All rates are given in USD and include taxes.

Regular attendee

• Early-bird (until December 7, 2018): $575
• Advanced (until January 9, 2019, 5pm MST): $675
• On-site (from January 12, 2019): $675

Student attendee

• Early-bird (until December 7, 2018): $475
• Advanced (until January 9, 2019, 5pm MST): $575
• On-site (from January 12, 2019): $575

The conference registration fee includes conference material, access to the scientific program of the conference (including the tutorials), the industry session, the welcome reception, the conference dinner, and the rump session. An additional ticket for the conference dinner on Wednesday, Jan 16, can be bought during registration for $70.

Cancellation policy: For cancellations made by December 14, 2018, a fee of $75.00 will be assessed. No refunds will be processed after December 14, 2018. To request a cancellation, please write to conferences@colorado.edu or call 001 303-492-5151.

For all students who applied for financial support: If possible, please wait with registering for the conference and booking accommodation until you have found out whether you will be supported (November 16 for US-based, November 19 for international students).

Please note: As per the laws of the State of Colorado and the policies of the University of Colorado Boulder, all registrants should hereby be aware that some portion of the registration fee will be used to purchase alcoholic beverages.
