6th Annual 2014 Governor’s Award for High-Impact Research winner, Dana Anderson


JILA Fellow Dana Anderson was one of six awardees of the 2014 Governor’s Award for High-Impact Research. The prestigious award & celebration:

  • Recognizes the achievement and global impact of some of Colorado’s top federal scientists and the leadership and excellence of the state’s federal  labs
  • Provides a unique opportunity to connect with Colorado’s leading scientists, lab directors, business leaders and policymakers in an informal and celebratory setting
  • Highlights the labs and their important role in science and technology innovation and their significant contribution to the state economy
  • Helps fund CO-LABS programs that support the labs through advocacy, collaboration and public education
