During the fall semester of 2025, the JILA Association of Graduate Students (JAGS) put on four events for CU Boulder students, postdoctoral researchers, staff, and PIs, reaching over 250 community members. In September, baseball coach Dr. Aaron Leanhardt gave a Life after JILA seminar about his transition from working as a professor to working for the MLB. In October, JAGS invited two companies, Micron and Oxford Ionics, to speak to current students and postdoctoral researchers about both their recent technological advances and career opportunities at their respective companies. Finally, the 3rd annual Life after JILA Alumni Mixer brought together current JILAns and local alumni in November at the Rayback Collective to reminisce and to make new connections.
