Dr. Bierbaum will discuss how spectroscopy and kinetics, two fundamental branches of chemistry, allow scientists to probe the identities of molecules throughout space and understand their mechanisms of formation and destruction. The lecture will be followed by a reception in UMC 235. The event is free and open to the public. Please RSVP online for the event.
