MRIGIPlotOutbursts in Young Disks

As part of my undergraduate thesis, I developed a 1D disk model that parameterized the effects of the magnetorotational instability (MRI) and gravitational instability (GI) on the evolution of disks around young stars.

This model has been used to study the interactions of these two instabilities as the primary driver behind FU Orionis outbursts.
